When you access the Reports page, you’ll find a clear graphical depiction of your performance, as well as data and figures. It will assist you in better understanding your company’s position and comparing your performance in order to optimize your posts for maximum traffic.
What is ‘Overview’ Report?
When you first get to the Reports page, you’ll see ‘Overview‘ report where you see total number of posts, likes, comments, and views your posts received. This provides you with a clear basic understanding of the entire interaction received by you.
Under ‘Overview‘ report, you will only see the analytics of the posts that are shared from RecurPost. Please note that this “Reports” reflects engagement metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and re-tweets within the initial 7 days following the post’s publication. After this period, the data is not retrieved.

How to Check the Engagements By Platform?
This displays the total number of likes, comments, posts, etc. received by your interactions on each social media platform. This enables you to determine which platforms have the most engaged audiences and where you are getting the most attention.
How to Check the Engagements By a Library?
This displays the total number of likes, comments, posts, etc. received by each library across all social media platforms. This allows them to determine which content connects with their audience and which should be removed.
How to Check My Top Posts?
This feature shows your top posts with the highest number of likes from your audience, helping you identify the types of content that resonate most with them. Additionally, you can filter the results based on the social media platform.
What is a White Label Report?
You may easily put your company’s logo in place of RecurPost’s logo in White Label Reports to customise your reports, and you can also download the report with your company’s logo.
RecurPost provides more than just an overall report; it also assists you in studying all of the important data. To assist you better understand each social platform, we publish statistics that will give you a comprehensive picture of your social position.
Our technology assesses your performance on each platform and advises you where you need to improve. This enables you to visualize your statistics, interactions with your viewers, and total attention received.

Note:
- Under the ‘Overview’ Reports, you see the analytics of all the social accounts and that includes the posts you have shared from RecurPost.
- The ‘Overview’ Reports can only store the data of ‘Likes’ and ‘Count’ for the 7 days (from the date of post shared) after this period, the ‘Likes’ and ‘Count’ data is not retrieved. However, other statistics will be displayed fine.
- If you click on the specific Social Account on the Reports page then it will display analytics of the posts that were shared from RecurPost as well as without RecurPost.
- We try to get the data of social account instantly and show them under ‘Overview’ Reports as well as specific ‘Social Account’ Report. However, sometimes social media platforms does not provide the data instantly in that case you may see some delay.
- With YouTube’s latest policy update, only data from the past 15 days is accessible in YouTube Reports. Furthermore, downloading reports and viewing post history details – such as likes, comments, and views are now restricted. These changes have been reflected in RecurPost’s YouTube reporting features.
